The Hamilton Southeastern School Board is is composed of seven members who serve four-year, staggered terms.

The Board meets at 8 a.m. on the second Monday of each month and at 7 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month, with the exception of May and December. The regular meetings are held at the Administration Center and are open to the public. School Board Special Meetings are held on an as-needed basis.

Hamilton Southeastern Schools is leveraging the Internet to enhance governance and provide a basis for better communication with the public. The new eGovernance initiative will replace the old method of compiling, printing, binding, and distributing a limited number of paper meeting documents with electronic distribution. By making meeting agendas and supporting documents available on the Internet, Hamilton Southeastern schools will be able to distribute documents associated with a meeting more quickly and efficiently.
