Hamilton Southeastern Schools presents All-District Orchestra Festival

The Hamilton Southeastern Schools All-District Orchestra Festival will be Thursday, February 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fishers High School Gymnasium. Over 600 string students from across the district will come together to showcase their talents that evening, culminating in a mass orchestra piece in which all students play together.

"Hamilton Southeastern Schools boasts one of the finest and largest strings programs in the state, and we are very excited to get all of our string students together to celebrate the art of string playing," said Ben Yoder, director at Fall Creek Intermediate and HSE Junior High. "HSE's commitment to the arts and to arts education is sure to shine during what I'm sure will be an outstanding concert."

Participating schools include Fall Creek Intermediate, Sand Creek Intermediate, Riverside Intermediate, Hamilton Southeastern Junior High, Fishers Junior High, Riverside Junior High, Fishers High School and Hamilton Southeastern High School. The orchestra programs across the district are under the direction of Amanda Cornet, Johanna Marvin, Ben Yoder, Nicole DeGuire and Kathy Schemine.
