Graduation Details
Graduation Ceremonies will take place:
June 9, 2012 at 3:00 PM
Pepsi Coliseum/State Fairgrounds

Senior Schedule for June 8th, 2012
9:15-9:30 am- Arrive at HSE for full catered breakfast
to be served in cafeteria. Enter through Leonard
Auditorium entrance.
10:00 am- Make our way to the
Leonard Auditorium for pre-graduation program. This
will include the senior video, senior faculty speaker,
senior awards etc..
Noon- Begin to make our way down
to the state fairgrounds for graduation rehearsal.
You must attend this to participate in Saturday’s
graduation ceremony.
1:00 pm – Graduation rehearsal
practice- Pepsi Coliseum, State Fairgrounds.
2:30
pm- Hopefully, if all goes well and everyone is paying
attention we will be finished with rehearsal and
head for home. Word of caution: There have been years
where rehearsal has lasted well over 2 hours due
to poor behavior. Please pay attention to Mrs. Moore
and Mrs. Glick!!

Senior Week (May 21st - May 24th)
Monday, May 21st
- Dress Up Day: College Day
- SMaRT Period- Senior Meeting
in the Leonard Auditorium- graduation packets will
be passed out! This will include your 9 Graduation
tickets and parking pass.
Tuesday, May 22nd
- Dress Up Day: Would You Be My
Friend Day
- Senior Bike Ride- meet at Marsh on 116th
St at 6:45 am and ride your bike to school!
- Giant
Freeze Pops during lunches for all seniors
Wednesday,
May 23rd
- Dress Up Day: Spirit Day- Wear your Royals
Gear!
- Ice Cream Sundaes during lunches for all seniors
Thursday,
May 24th
- Dress Up Day: Royalty Day- King or Queen
for the Day
- 6:30 to 7:15 Pancake Breakfast in the
A Cafeteria
Senior Volunteering Information
Students who complete their Volunteering Hours
will be honored and receive special distinction
at Commencement
Students may turn in their service hours
to the Main Office any time before the May
2nd deadline
15 hours of Senior Volunteering
hours to be completed between June 6, 2011
and May 4, 2012
Hours must be verified by a school sponsor or a sponsor of a not-for-profit organization

Please DO NOT contact Fishers Police Department for service hours.
If you are not sure whether your activity qualifies for Senior Volunteering please contact Mrs. Jackson in the Main Office
Some examples that DO NOT count for Senior Volunteering hours:
- working in a parent's office if their's is a for-profit organization
- babysitting - unless it is for a not-for-profit (church, school, etc.)
- Camp Tecumseh counselor
- Yard work - unless it is a school sponsored work day or organization sponsored work day (Third Phase, Habitat for Humanity, Carrie Colglazier, etc.)
- Hours performed for other school service organizations (National Honor Society, Student Council, Key Club, Interact Club, Sociology classes) will count towards Senior Volunteering hours and may be signed by the service organization sponsor
