Entering Grades 5-8: 11:00 – 1:00

STAFF: HSE Coaches and Wrestlers
COST: $50 for those pre-registered
$60 for those who register first day of camp

Basic Skills and Fundamental Techniques
Strength and Agility Exercises
Low-Pressure Competition

Wrestling team workouts will be held on Tuesday and Friday mornings starting at 6:30 am. We will lift weights first and and have open room wrestling imediately after. A complete schedule of our summer plan is available in the Documents and Forms section. A IHSAA school physical must be completed and turned in to attend summer training.
