Touchdown Club Information
The Hamilton Southeastern Touchdown Club is
a parent group whose sole purpose is the support
of the Royal Football Program. Membership is
open to all parents of football players grades
9 through 12. The club provides funds to purchase
needed items for the football program not covered
by the school budget as well as weekly tailgates
for fans, and frequently provides food and
drinks for the players. For more information,
please see the "parent involvement letter" below.

month. They are at 7:00pm in the Faculty
Lounge.

HSE FOOTBALL GOING PODCAST
The HSE Football team is going podcast this
fall thru Audio Sports Online and currently
selling advertising spots!!!! ) The podcast
is like a radio broadcast you can link into
thru your computer. It's a great way to hear
the games that you can't make. The advertising
is a great way to let hundreds of people know
who you are!! Just some of the benefits you
will get are:
- $300 for 4 months of advertising + post
season
- Avg 3, 30 sec advertising spot
- Option to come in at halftime and do live
feed
- And a lot more

PLAYER PARTICIPATION FEE
Beginning with this school year school athletes
will be charged a participation fee per athlete,
per sport. This fee will be based on the number
of athletic trips their team takes during the
season to offset costs. Football will be $30
for 10 or less athletic trips.
SUMMER MAILING
The summer mailing has been mailed and should
be arriving in your mailboxes soon. If you do
not get one please email Mary Ripp at TRipp92023@aol.com to
verify your address and get one mailed out to
you. Inside will be information about the mandatory
players fee (ease your August budget and pay
now), volunteer opportunities and the Family
Pitch-In and meeting in August. You can also
print the mailing off from the link .

The Pigskin Dinner and Auction this year will
be Friday, August 5, 2011 at
the Hawthorns Country Club. More information
will be coming soon..

Other Important Documents and Forms
To get reimbursed for any expenses you incur on behalf of the Touchdown Club,
there is a new procedure beginning immediately. The Royal Varsity Club
Reimbursement Form will need to be completed and given to the 2011 Touchdown
Club Treasure, Terri Casey (tcasey99@att.net), with receipts. Terri Casey will
forward to Tina Mudd, RVC Treasurer, who will mail your reimbursement to your
home address. If you have any questions, please contact Terri Casey.
