The registration forms for the HSE summer tennis camps are now available. The "HSE Jr. Summer Tennis Program" is for players in grades Pre-K through 6th grade. The "HSE Summer Team Camp" is for players in grades 7-12. They can be found on the "Documents and Forms" page or you can click the links below to view the registration forms. The 2nd page is the consent form. Please print and return both the registration form and consent form. Also, please return all camp forms by May 25th.
