HSE Schools have adopted a new "Program Support Fee" effective for the fall of the 2014 for all students playing athletics next year. Please see the attachment for information concerning these fees and how they will effect you and your student athlete.
The Charger athletics program is an integral part of the total Junior High School program and thus reflects the school's overall commitment to excellence. We are proud to provide a number of athletic offerings for our young people. We believe that providing these opportunities for competition enhances the overall development of our student athletes and extends to the educational mission of our school.
If you believe that organized sports can contribute to living a healthy life, that the positive values and virtues developed on the playing field can last a lifetime, and that good character influences enjoyment, satisfaction, and performance, then our athletics program is for you. This program provides opportunities to teach values such as sportsmanship, honesty, dedication, teamwork, self discipline, loyalty, and cooperation. The teaching of these values is essential to the education of our youth.
The faculty and coaching staff of Fishers Junior High look forward to working with your child this year.
